About the company

MagicHat, LLC is a South Carolina limited liability company doing business as MagicHat.io. We build software that takes the recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and document-management overhead off home-care agencies' plates — so the staff who would otherwise be wrangling paperwork can spend their time on the work that actually grows the business.

SMS & messaging

MagicHat.io sends transactional SMS — sign-in codes, magic links, onboarding reminders, compliance alerts — through a Twilio A2P 10DLC short-form campaign. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. The consent flow caregivers see when they opt in is available as a public preview at magichat.io/sms-demo.

Legal & compliance

MagicHat.io is a non-medical home-care platform. We do not store medical records or free-text clinical care notes — those are explicitly out of scope. Some customers bill long-term-care insurance or Medicaid waivers and qualify as HIPAA Covered Entities; on request, we sign a Business Associate Agreement with such customers. Email the address above with the subject BAA request.
